Below are the terms of trade  and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from

All prices on for delivery in Denmark are current sale prices incl. 25% Danish VAT and stated in Danish kroner (DKK)

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email . When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a confirmation that your order has been dispatched .  

Transportation  & Delivery

The goods are sent in Denmark with DAO or BRING to a post office or to your private address. BRING is used for larger packages . If you live in an apartment, we always choose to send the package to the nearest parcel shop, as we unfortunately lose many packages when delivering to apartments.

This is how it works:  

  1. You automatically receive an email/text message from DAO when your package is ready for collection. You will not receive an email from Post Nord when your package has been dispatched.
  2. You collect the package at the selected package shop if the package has not been sent to your home address. Remember to bring the parcel number and valid ID.

All packages sent with DAO or BRING can be tracked via DAO's  Homepage.  

Free delivery offers free delivery on all purchases over 500  DKK in Denmark. For purchases under DKK 500, the shipping price is 35  DKK

Denmark 2-7days.  In connection with sales and holiday periods, a longer delivery time can be expected .  

We deliver to the following countries: 

Denmark. We can deliver abroad on request . The freight is paid here by the recipient.  

Return & refund offers a 14-day right of withdrawal to consumers,valid from the day you receive your goods.You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself.  Remember to attach the order confirmation . You must before the item  sent back  send an email to and inform us that you wish to return your item.  You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Jewelry made for special purposescannot be returned or exchanged.  


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you must return the item and place a new order via the webshop. When we receive the return item, the money is transferred to your account. Remember to attach the order confirmation . 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they work . In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.  If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above , we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase price back , depending on the commercial value of the goods .  


  • The goods must be returned with original tags etc. If you want to be sure of being able to receive the full amount back .  
  • Remember to enclose the order confirmation that you received by email in the return package.

Right of complaint  

When you shop at , you have a 24-month right of complaint on all jewelry  from the outside, whether it is a manufacturing defector  wear and tear  of the product.In the event of a complaint, we will repair the jewelery or exchange it for a new one. When submitting a complaint, your receipt for the purchase of the product must always be presented.  

What is a manufacturing defect?

Production errors cover errors in e.g. a precious stone, the bag or your cashmere product , or thatthe elastic on your piece of jewellery  jumps one of the first times you put the bracelet on .  Within the complaint period, we cover all production defects.  

What does wear and tear cover?

Wear and tear means that the product has been used for a long time. Wear and tear is not covered by the right of complaint. Damages that have occurred as a result of incorrect use or mishandling of the product are also not covered by the right of complaint. Jewelery that has a surface treatment (e.g. gold-plated or black rhodium-plated jewellery) will wear out over time. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the piece. This is considered wear and tear and is not covered by the right of complaint. The elastic will last  a lot of use and wear and tear, which is not a complaint.  

You yourself are responsible for the goods reaching PerleMust.  

Receipt or order confirmation  must  attached to the product in the event of a complaint.
